IMPACT

Africa has the highest rates of educational exclusion in the world. Over 1/5 of children between the ages of 6 and 11 and 1/3 between 12 and 14 are out of school. Girls are much more likely to stay out of school than boys, and it is estimated that 9 million girls in Africa will never go to school at all compared to 6 million boys.
Sadly, the enrollment rate in tertiary education in sub-Saharan Africa is the lowest in the world, with 24% of children in the region not having access to primary education.

Poor infrastructure and a lack of resources (electricity, clean water, and washrooms) are significant African education barriers. A lack of trained teachers also leads to overcrowded classrooms and reduced student attention.

As a nonprofit organization, we provide solutions to these problems through our EduAfrik Project. We develop clean energy solutions to provide electricity (our energy project), water (our project hydro), washrooms (our plastic & e-waste recycling project), and volunteering or trained teachers (aynat members volunteering initiative). In addition, financial support from our donors, partners, and agricultural solutions equips us to provide quality education in Africa, one child at a time.

EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF AFRICAN LEADERS

Excellence, Innovation, Impact & Partnership

Education is a critical factor in reducing poverty and promoting economic development. In Africa, education can help people to escape poverty and improve their livelihoods. However, a lack of education can perpetuate the cycle of poverty, as people who are not educated are less likely to be able to find good jobs and earn a decent living.

“The right education is the key to overcoming Africa’s challenges.” -AYNAT.

To provide top-notch quality education, we empower EduAfrik beneficiaries to embrace and help them develop sustainable technologies that address problems in their communities and impact people around them using our partnerships and solutions as leverage.

We educate innovatively.
